Working with new product development requires a specialized set of project management skills. This course will show you how to work with product developers to reduce cycle time and increase customer satisfaction. Innovation drives your organization’s growth – and a skilled project team and program manager can drive innovation from initial concept to final result. This course will show you how to manage new product development with an eye toward external markets and internal customers. We’ll show you how to adopt the more flexible leadership style that new product development demands. You’ll also learn how to deal with the challenges that arise when you apply project management to product, process and strategic innovation.
