Project management is a sizeable investment that promises increased efficiency. But what obstacles can keep it from delivering on that promise? This course will help executives, directors and functional and project managers understand the issues that can reduce or eliminate the benefits of project management. You’ll assess your current practices and infrastructure, looking for ways to build in project management capability. Important note: This course is presented in a “summit” format for executives and managers. You must send at least two members of your organization – an executive involved with project management, and an experienced project manager.
