Process Improvement, Modeling and Design 101

More and more, people understand that in order to realize the value promised by projects, their organizations must adapt and improve their business processes. This course is designed for anyone who works on business process improvement or management initiatives; including: executives, managers, analysts, project managers, team leaders, technologists or any stakeholder involved in a project dealing with process change.

An overview of a broad breadth of process and process improvement subjects will be covered, from the definition of a process, process design, and modeling to enabling technologies, process improvement and project delivery methodologies.
